Browning-Gordon & Co., Inc. manages over 400 single family homes, condos, and duplexes.  Our company started in the 1960's.  While the ownership has changed, as well as the name, it has all been kept within the Browning family.  Today, Beverly Browning , CPM®, MPM® is the president and owner. It is because of Beverly's honesty, integrity, and knowledge, along with her philosophy to strive to manage the property of others as we would have others to manage ours, that has made us a prudent, successful, and trusted company. With Beverly's leadership, we have quietly grown to be one of the premier property management companies in the Nashville area.

Browning-Gordon is the only property management company in Nashville and in the state of Tennessee that has an employee on staff who has earned  both the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and the MPM (Master Property Manager) designations.  These are the two highest designations awarded to the individual professional property managers who manage residential rental properties.

Browning-Gordon is also the only company in the state of Tennesse to receive the CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) designation.  This designation is awarded after an intense audit of the company's forms, policy and procedures, personnel practices, accounting standards, etc. This designation should provide owners with a sense of confidence that their property is being handled by a credible company who is committed to the industry.

As members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), our staff of Browning-Gordon & Co., Inc. is constantly attending seminars, national conventions, local association meetings, and local and national workshops.  We also subscribe to professional publications to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation, liabilities, rules and regulations pertaining to residential rental properties.

Browning-Gordon manages unique individual properties in all price ranges.  Most rents range from $800 to $3500 per month.  The highest concentration of properties is in the $1000 - $2000 range.  We work very closely with the relocation departments of the hospitals, schools, and larger local companies and real estate companies who constantly inform us of rental leads.
